    The international conference « Ireland’s soft power » took place on 10th June 2022 at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. Mr Owen Feeny, deputy head of mission at the Irish embassy, and Professor Sylvie Mikowski (Université de Reims), president of the SOFEIR and president of the Steering Committee of the G.I.S EIRE opened the conference. Then, Fabrice Mourlon, from the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, Julien Guillaumond,  from the Univeristé of Clermont Auvergne, Piaras Mac Éinrí and Liam Coakley (University College Cork) and John Bradley, discussed the theme « Imagining Ireland’s Soft Power ». Finally, in the late morning, the keynote speaker, Dr. Mary Murphy took the floor.
